Platform Guarantee - Fraud Protection
TrustRails maintains a financial offset mechanism (the "Platform Guarantee") to address specific financial losses from fraudulent Rollover Transfers. If a fraudulent transfer occurs due to a demonstrable failure of both our identity verification (KYC/KYB) and your custodian verification processes, we'll make participants whole.
